Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply download and complete the above form and return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days. All items must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should also include your invoice. We will offer you either a full refund excluding the original delivery costs or arrange to exchange the item. Any made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please also note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
